Transformer Rewind

Our project and maintenance engineers will visit your site to diagnose the problem. A transformer rewind is an invasive process; as such, we only recommend this service in extreme cases of electrical breakdown and will make efforts to find alternatives to make your transformer operational. If unavoidable, our transformer rewind service will follow this basic project plan:

On-site testing and consultation
De-commissioning and removal to our in-house testing facilities
De-tanking of the and inspection of the transformer core
Removal of damaged coils
Manufacture of replacement coils to ISO9001:2008 quality standards
Re-assembly of the transformer and complete test package
Delivery, installation, testing and commissioning as required
