T.P. Power Services Health & Safety Policy
Through our Company Health and Safety Policy, we are committed to the Health and welfare of all our employees in accordance with the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and its associated legislations. As such, T.P. Power Services creates and provides site specific risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments, which are implemented and supervised by appropriately trained and qualified office & site personnel.

All Company employees undergo an extensive training programme in all policy matters. T.P. Power Services ensures that all engineers have undergone full health and safety training, with our additional environmental and quality assurance policy training. Implementation of Health and Safety at Work Policy
The necessary arrangements for implementing the policy are as follows:
The directors are responsible for giving effect to the company’s Health and Safety policy. They will ensure, so far as reasonably practicable, that sufficient staff and resources are provided to meet health, safety and welfare requirements within the company's activities. Where required, assistance and advice on the matters of health and safety will be provided by the management.
The main responsibility for ensuring that the company’s Health and Safety at Work policy is carried out effectively, rests with the directors, as laid out in the defined responsibilities section of the policy. The health, safety and welfare of those under their control forms an important part of their responsibilities. The company recognises the formal constitution of Safety Committees in compliance with the Safety Representatives & Safety Committees regulations 1977.
All employees have a duty to take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions whilst at work. Employees are also required to co-operate with the company's health and safety procedures to ensure that the relevant legislation is complied with, and there is no interference or misuse of anything provided by the company for their own health and safety, or that of others.

As a licensed waste carrier Under the Control of Pollution (Amendment) Act 1989, T.P. Power Services guarantees the safe disposal of our waste products. In addition, we give special consideration to the following items in accordance with the local council's regulations:

Quality Assurance Policy
T.P. Power Services implements a quality assurance programme in compliance with the Lloyds ISO9000-2001 accreditation, covering all aspects of design, manufacture, installation, repair and commissioning of high voltage site equipment.
Our key objective is to deliver T.P. Power Services' product and service portfolio within our clints agreed delivery time, at a competitive price and at no less than the highest standards. Alongside this, we are committed to the effective implementation and continual improvement of our Quality Management System to guarantee that we deliver the best service possible. Through this policy, we are listed contractors of the National Grid as well as Achilles UVDB approved.
